Marketplace Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage marketplace operations.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth on multiple e-commerce platforms.
- Key responsibilities include doing market research, understanding competition and market trends.
- Product cataloging, A+ content, and search engine optimization of listings are also key aspects of this role.
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for success in this position.
- Optimizing shipments/POs to reduce stock-out time and save costs.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports and working with management & seniors to forecast future performance.
- Inventory management in case of deficits is another critical responsibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing e-commerce sales with a degree in BTech/BCom/MBA or other relevant field.
Additional Skills:
- Interest and willingness to learn about the beauty & personal care sector is highly advantageous.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate brand objectives and needs to all stakeholders.
- Proven ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
