Job Title: E-commerce Operations Lead
We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Operations Lead to manage our online presence across various marketplaces. As an E-commerce Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business, ensuring seamless execution and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplace listings, ads, and settlements across multiple platforms.
- Optimize product content, including pricing, images, and descriptions, to enhance user experience.
- Develop and execute advertising strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Work with category managers to improve product visibility and recommendations.
- Analyze sales data and track key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth through effective e-commerce strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets.
