Operational Manager for E-commerce Operations

We are seeking an experienced operational manager to oversee daily e-commerce operations across various platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of e-commerce workflows and be proficient in data analysis.
Main Responsibilities:- Platform Management: Create, optimize, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms, ensuring accurate content and compliance with platform policies.
- Fulfillment and Inventory Management: Manage FBA and FBM workflows, including inventory planning, order fulfillment, returns, and reimbursement claims.
- Account Health Metrics: Monitor and improve account health metrics – buy box share, cancellations, late dispatches, and customer feedback.
- Brand Protection: Handle hijacked listings, unauthorized sellers, and compliance escalations to protect brand presence.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare weekly dashboards on sales, category trends, stock movement, and operational issues.
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce workflows: catalog, inventory, fulfillment, and platform compliance.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to generate insights from data.
- Strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Exposure to consumer goods / kitchenware / lifestyle brands.
- Knowledge of Amazon Advertising (PPC campaigns) or Quick Commerce paid visibility tools.
- Experience handling 100+ SKUs across multiple channels.
