Senior E-Commerce Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Senior E-Commerce Quality Assurance Lead to spearhead our QA and automation initiatives for global e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional QA teams for large-scale e-commerce projects.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks for web and mobile applications.
  • Oversee QA processes for e-commerce platform integrations, including Magento.
  • Perform performance testing using JMeter to identify and optimize bottlenecks.
  • Conduct cross-browser and cross-device testing using tools like BrowserStack.
  • Collaborate with teams to define testing requirements, acceptance criteria, and release readiness.
  • Manage defect tracking and reporting via Jira.
  • Implement best practices in test automation, regression testing, and continuous integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5–10 years of professional QA and automation experience, including team leadership.
  • Strong expertise in Magento (or similar e-commerce platforms).
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable QA results in automation and performance testing.
  • Hands-on expertise with:
    • Automation: Selenium
    • Performance Testing: JMeter
    • Cross-Browser Testing: BrowserStack
    • API Testing: Postman
    • Test Management: Jira
  • Mobile/WMS Testing: iOS & Android
