Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Amazon Seller Central operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple product categories, analyzing data, and creating reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon.
  • Monitor account health metrics and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, stock, and order management.
  • Handle catalog errors, listing issues, and open cases with Amazon support.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons.
  • Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
  • Good skills in MS Excel, keyword research, and data analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software skills.
