Our team is seeking a highly skilled Utility Operations Specialist to lead our daily utility system operations and maintenance.

About the Role:
  • We are looking for an expert who can manage daily utility system operation and maintenance ensuring uninterrupted plant operations and safety standards.
  • The successful candidate will plan preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules and monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
  • Maintaining spare parts inventory for critical equipment is also a key responsibility of this role.
  • Compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations is essential for this position.
  • As a Utility Operations Specialist, you will coordinate with production and maintenance teams and prepare reports on equipment performance and maintenance activities.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in utility operations management.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols.
