We are seeking an Oracle Utilities expert to join our team.

About the Job

Our ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, including Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration, Smart Grid Gateway for integration with head-end systems, and expertise in meter-to-cash processes.

The successful candidate will also have strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations, as well as experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations
  • Design and deliver enterprise utility architectures
  • Lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops
  • Identify and mitigate risks in solution delivery
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle Utilities C2M suite
  • Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
  • Strong understanding of Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations
  • Experience with data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules within Oracle Utilities applications
  • Understanding of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud migration strategies and hybrid models
