**About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion consultant with expertise in Time and Labor (OTL) functionality.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities to build efficient solutions.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing effective OTL formulas.
  • Participate in Functional User Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll and project teams.
