Job Overview

The Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Lead is responsible for bridging business requirements into technical capabilities.

This role will work with product, business, and technology leaders to focus on solving the right problems, in the right way, at the right time.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to define and develop requirements, bridging business needs to technical capabilities, and consulting on building and maintaining product backlogs.

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and key stakeholders to define, develop, shape and refine requirements of oracle capabilities.
  • Bridge business requirements to technical capabilities
  • Consult on building, planning, pruning, prioritizing, and maintaining product backlog
  • Provide Defect triage and Remediation
  • Contributes to release management objectives, requirements, functionality, and timing, and communicating status to other departments.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 relevant years technical and functional experience supporting business process areas: Absence Management, Time and Labor.
Deep understanding of Oracle Fast Formulas and designing solutions for data migration activities using HDL, and HSDL
Familiarity with Oracle Time and Labor and Absence Management schemas to troubleshoot issues with ad hoc queries or BI Publisher reports.
