Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a professional with expertise in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) to work on challenging projects and make a significant impact.

The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Oracle HCM, with a minimum of 5 years specifically in ORC. They must have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Implement and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud solutions
  • • Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules
  • • Develop and maintain technical specifications and documentation

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in ORC
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience configuring ORC to support these processes
  • Proven track record in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Recruiting Cloud and HCM Cloud application solutions
  • Ability to lead functional discussions to analyze build requirements and brainstorm solutions
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the cross-functional impact of all HCM Oracle modules

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Oracle Recruiting Cloud configuration and customizations
  • Knowledge of ORC APIs, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Fast Formulas, OTBI, and HCM Data Loader (HDL)
  • Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting tools in Oracle Cloud environments
  • Familiarity with system integration techniques such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
