Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud HCM expert to lead and participate in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of HR processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing Payroll (US) with any combination of Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent Management modules.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Implementing Payroll (US) with any combination of Oracle Time and Labour, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Core HR, Talent Management modules.
  • Maintaining a strong technical skill set, staying up-to-date on the latest features and functionality of Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding promptly to their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborating with project teams on reports, interfaces, data conversion, and application extensions.
  • Testing and validating technical components, resolving issues as needed.

A minimum of 5-9 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules is required for this role. Additionally, strong analytical skills and the ability to identify functionality fit/gaps are necessary.

This position involves working closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Success in this role will depend on your ability to map business requirements to Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules, providing innovative solutions to meet client needs.
