As a seasoned Oracle Fusion Financials professional, you will lead or support end-to-end implementation of financial modules based on client requirements.
- Implementation & Configuration:
- Configure financial modules using Oracle best practices.
- Functional Consulting:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Develop and execute test scripts for critical phases.
- Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
- Data Migration & Integration:
- Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
- Training & Documentation:
- Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
You must have the following skills and qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
- Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
- Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT. Additionally, professional certifications such as Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance are desired.
