Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

The primary objective of this role is to successfully implement Human Capital Management solutions for clients using Oracle Fusion HCM.

Main responsibilities include leading and supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, providing product expertise, and collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and configure the solution.

  • Implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, and Benefits.
  • Delivery of high-quality Oracle Fusion HCM solutions through extensive experience in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
  • Development of functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
  • System testing including unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Participation in cloud projects.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translation of business needs into detailed technical specifications and solutions.
  • Driving process improvements and recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Assistance in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues or problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM, focusing on functional aspects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
  • Familiarity with the implementation process and ability to provide technical and functional support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Oracle certifications are highly valued.
