Implementation Manager for Oracle HCM Solutions

To manage and deliver successful Oracle HCM projects, we require an expert who can oversee the entire implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Execution: Coordinate and lead end-to-end Oracle HCM module implementations globally, driving digital adoption and ensuring successful configuration and deployment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with vendors, consultants, and external partners to resolve technical or business issues, acting as a liaison between business units and the implementation team.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, Testing & Quality Assurance: Develop training materials, plan pilots, provide user guides, and support end-user training and testing.
  • Change Management & Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities, communicate, train, and engage users in technology solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • Experience:
    • 12-15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems/Supporting Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with a deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
    • High proficiency in Excel, macro, and other report automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
