Oracle Technical Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM technical specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and configure Oracle Fusion HCM technical objects, including OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, and Extracts.
  • Develop and maintain Fast Formulas to meet client-specific requirements.
  • Design and implement custom integrations, extensions, and reports to enhance system functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver tailored technical solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize technical solutions for improved performance.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Oracle HCM technical modules.
  • Implementation expertise: Completed at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations with a focus on technical deliverables.
  • Technical skills: Hands-on expertise in OIC, VBCS, OTBI, BIP, Extracts, and Fast Formulas.
  • Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills to deliver exceptional solutions.
  • Flexibility to travel onsite as needed for project delivery.
