We are seeking an exceptional Education Director to lead our CBSE school, Kallam Anji Reddy Vidyalaya, towards excellence in education. Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess 5-7 years of experience as a principal or in a similar role, with a thorough understanding of pedagogies, teaching and learning styles. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing educational programs that meet the vision of establishing the gold standard in education
  • Embedding high-quality vocational education in high school to ensure a strong foundation for college and industry transitions
  • Maintaining open communication channels with parents, including social media and newsletters, regarding educational programs, school activities, and student progress
  • Cultivating partnerships with organizations to enhance curricular and extra-curricular outcomes
  • Leading staff supervision and development, including hiring, training, and performance assessments
  • Ensuring strict compliance with local and national guidelines and regulations
