Job Description: The Proposal Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in the development, management and delivery of high-quality business proposals that align with our offerings. This position requires an individual who can understand client needs, craft tailored solutions and ensure proposals effectively communicate value propositions in a clear, persuasive and professional manner.

The key responsibilities of this position include leading the end-to-end proposal process for corporate clients, government bodies and academic institutions. Key activities include collaborating with sales, marketing, operations and tech teams to design customised solutions and offerings; developing sponsorship decks, pitch documents and partnership proposals for hackathons, innovation programs and talent engagement initiatives; writing and editing proposals with a focus on client benefits, ROI and innovation impact; maintaining a proposal content library for faster turnaround; tracking proposal outcomes, analyzing feedback and implementing continuous improvements; ensuring branding, consistency and quality standards are maintained across all submissions.
