Job Title: Lead Specialist- Proposal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Sales Enablement team. This role will be based in Lucknow, India and requires the candidate to work at least three days a week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support proposal development and independently manage high-quality RFP responses for US Wealth business.
  • Review RFPs and client materials to gain complete understanding of requirements.
  • Collaborate with the pursuit team to resolve open items during proposal development.
  • Perform final reviews of proposals drafts.
  • Contribute to template development, system improvement and process optimization for measuring RFP success.
  • Carry out content management activities including database maintenance and best practice extraction.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate/ Graduate degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics is preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in pre-sales/bid management environment.
  • Experience working as part of bid teams in a professional services setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
