About the Role

">We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Tender Specialist with 2–6 years of experience in managing end-to-end tendering and proposal development for projects related to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in tendering/proposals who can coordinate well with technical experts.">

  • Manage the preparation and submission of tenders, RFPs, EOIs, and bids in line with client and sector requirements.">
  • Review tender documents and identify compliance requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams (technical, legal, finance, BD) and tender experts to compile inputs, cost estimates, and supporting materials.">
  • Draft and structure high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to carbon markets, renewable energy, and sustainability projects.">
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of templates, case studies, credentials, and standard bid documents.">
  • Track and monitor relevant opportunities from government bodies, corporates, and international organizations.">
  • Ensure timely submission of proposals and post-submission follow-up with clients and partners.">
  • Support management in market research, pipeline development, and competitive analysis related to tendering.">
