About the Role
As a Customer Success Advocate, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our platform.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and has a genuine interest in conversations with people from different backgrounds.
This role involves providing a delightful onboarding experience, tracking product adoption, and identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion revenue.
You will become a trusted advisor for our customers, helping them navigate our platform and overcome any challenges they may face.
