Customer Support Executive(J10011)
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and ensuring that our customers receive timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries related to GST, e-waybill, and insurance
* Assist with sales support when the sales team is absent
* Manage dispatch schedules, delivery timelines, and updates
* Share invoices, payment details, and required documents on time
* Issue Proforma Invoices and follow up on payments
* Handle PDCs and support finance with reconciliation
* Coordinate sample dispatch and maintain logs
* Liaise with CHA for import/export clearance and share required docs
* Track and update clearance status
* Maintain sales, payment, and dispatch records
* Prepare regular performance and inventory reports
Requirements:
* 5-10 years of experience in customer support and GST invoicing
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
