Job Overview:

The Academic Success Coach will handle the end-to-end process for students subscribing to our Undergraduate and Masters service offerings. This includes working with stakeholders on the application process, understanding their needs, and helping them reach their dream universities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Excellent writing skills with past experience in content editing/writing
  • Excellent organizational, project, and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially email communication
  • Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders of the organization and senior management
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Team-oriented mindset and ability to coordinate with team members and other departments
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility, self-assurance, and innovative problem-solving aptitudes
  • Ability to gather feedback from customers and incorporate it for continuous process improvement
