Are you dedicated to empowering students through their academic journey? As a mentor, motivator, and guide, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of students. You will track academic progress, maintain strong relationships with students and parents, and help create a supportive learning environment.

About the Role:
  • Mentorship: Build positive, trusting relationships with students, offering guidance and support to help them excel academically and personally.
  • Leadership: Organize and lead student activities, clubs, and programs that encourage both academic and personal growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, parents, and counselors to address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide necessary interventions.
  • Academic Support: Monitor student academic progress, identify challenges, and provide necessary interventions to improve learning outcomes.
  • Evaluation: Conduct continuous assessments and evaluations to track student understanding of the curriculum.
  • Customized Plans: Work closely with teachers and counselors to develop customized academic plans for students requiring additional support.
  • Communication:
  • Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to keep them updated on their child's academic and personal development.
  • Data Analysis:
  • Prepare reports and conduct data analysis on student performance and development for internal use and communication with parents and school leadership.
Requirements:
  • Pedagogical Skills: Passion for mentoring and guiding students.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students, parents, and educators.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze student performance to provide effective support.
  • Tech Savviness: Proficiency in maintaining records and using educational software for reporting.
