  • Teach B.Ed program courses as per curriculum guidelines.
  • Prepare lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
  • Guide students in academic projects, assignments, and research.
  • Conduct lectures, seminars, workshops, and tutorials effectively.
  • Evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and practicals.
  • Participate in curriculum development and academic planning.
  • Provide mentorship, academic counseling, and career guidance to students.
  • Engage in research, publications, and faculty development programs.
  • Maintain discipline, student engagement, and a positive learning environment.
  • Support institutional initiatives, accreditation, and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Education (M.Ed) with a minimum of 55% marks is mandatory.
  • NET/Ph.D. in Education is preferred according to UGC/NCTE norms.
  • Minimum 2-15 years of teaching experience in a reputable institution is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills are essential.
  • Updated knowledge of pedagogical methods and teaching technology is necessary.
