About the Role
- We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Growth Leader to spearhead our expansion efforts.
This role entails leading cross-functional initiatives to scale customer acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth through data-driven decision making, creative problem-solving, and effective team leadership.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive growth strategy that drives business outcomes.
- Collaborating with founders on monthly and quarterly growth forecasts.
- Partnering with product, tech, and CX teams to drive website CRO, UI/UX A/B testing, and feature experimentation.
- Building and mentoring a high-performing growth team.
- Establishing a robust experimentation engine for creative testing, channel betas, and messaging.
Key qualifications include:
- 4+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital strategy.
- Deep expertise across performance channels, analytics, conversion funnels, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Sheets, attribution tools, GA4, and BI dashboards.
- Proven experience managing budgets, scaling campaigns, and working with creatives, product, and CX teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
