  • Proven track record in Freight Forwarding Sales
  • Solid understanding of market trends and smart sales strategies
  • 6+ years of relevant industry experience
  • Bachelor's or MBA preferred
  • Top-tier sales skills: Prospecting, Negotiation, and Closing
  • Commercially savvy with solid communication and relationship-building chops
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a total team player
  • Fluent in English, Hindi, and the local regional language
