Business Loan Growth Manager

Salary: ₹40,00,000 - ₹60,00,000 per annum (estimated)
As a Senior Sales Manager at IMR Soft, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by sourcing and closing unsecured business loans. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to generate high-quality loan applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Actively source and acquire new business loan clients with an average ticket size of ₹15 Lakhs.
• Handle and close big-ticket loans up to ₹50 Lakhs.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the loan portfolio.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) to ensure a steady flow of quality leads.
• Provide regular training and support to DSAs to enhance their sales capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
Loan Processing:
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the entire business loan process, including documentation, underwriting, and disbursement.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of loan applications.
• Address and resolve any queries or issues raised by clients or DSAs.
Performance Management:
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure individual and team performance.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Regularly report on sales performance and pipeline to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of unsecured business loans and the lending process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and DSAs.
• Proficiency in local languages to effectively interact with clients and agents.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• MBA or postgraduate degree in finance or related field.
• Certification in sales or financial services.
• Experience in working with DSAs and channel partners
