Job Summary:

Negotiate commercial agreements, drive channel partner engagement, and optimize sales process to achieve business objectives.

This Senior Sales Professional role requires a strong background in retail loan sales, negotiation, and team management. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing incentive plans, motivating teams, and identifying new business opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Should have direct experience in working out & negotiating commercial agreements
  • Identifying, Recruiting and Driving channel partners & DSTs on a continuous basis to ensure continuing sales growth
  • Responsible for generating business through DSAs/DSTs
  • Experience in designing incentive plans, motivational programmes and engagement activities


Qualification & Experience:
  • Graduate in Commerce/Science
  • 10 to 15 years of experience in a Bank/Insurance company or a NBFC out of which at least 5 to 7 years of retail loan selling is a must
  • Management degree in finance/business from reputed institute will be given preference


Estimated Salary Range: ₹40 Lacs - ₹55 Lacs per annum.
