Product Development Manager

This role involves leading the development of AI learning programs, ensuring content evolves with AI advancements, and building a faculty/trainer bench for delivery at scale.

  • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of AI learning programs is crucial to its success.
  • The ability to refresh content with new AI/agentic advances is key to maintaining competitiveness.
  • Developing add-ons such as prompt libraries, practice sandboxes, and certification pathways can enhance the overall experience.

You will build and manage a trainer/facilitator network, ensure quality of delivery, oversee scheduling, client communications, and logistics for multiple clients, and define metrics to measure program success.

Candidates should have 6-10 years of experience in corporate L&D, capability building, or education product leadership, with a proven record of scaling programs across enterprises. They should be AI-fluent, strong at building facilitator networks, and obsessed with measurement and outcomes.

Responsibilities:
