We are seeking a highly skilled International Business Development Lead to drive growth in the Middle East. This role will lead international sales and business development efforts, managing the complete sales cycle from strategy and market entry to client relationships and order delivery.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in international business development, preferably in the Middle East, with a strong track record of sales success and excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Sales & Revenue- Hit sales targets and maintain profit margins.
- Expand presence by finding distributors, agents, and partners.
- Ensure excellent service and strong customer satisfaction.
- Research market trends and competition.
- Use insights to define entry and growth plans.
- Lead efforts to open new business in target markets.
- Visit and nurture relationships with partners.
- Negotiate contracts, tenders, and agreements.
- Manage the full order cycle: quotes → delivery → invoicing.
- Monitor payments and follow up promptly.
- Help with regional campaigns and promotions.
- Represent the company at exhibitions and trade events.
- Track performance and share improvement insights.
- Work with Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing teams.
- Facilitate communication to meet company objectives.
- Spot risks related to regulations or geopolitics.
- Support mitigation planning.
- Stay updated on trade rules and advise teams.
- 5+ years in international business development (ideally in Middle East).
- Strong track record of sales success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and projects.
- Knowledge of legal, trade, and compliance matters.
