Head of Growth Marketing

This leadership role combines strategic thinking, data-driven marketing, and executional excellence to drive demand generation across channels.

  • Create multi-channel campaigns for B2B and B2G businesses, leveraging digital, ABM, events, PR, and content syndication.
  • Develop lead capture, scoring, nurturing, and MQL qualification processes that yield high-quality leads.
  • Raise awareness and drive engagement through account-based marketing programs targeting top enterprise accounts and delivering webinars, roundtables, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to co-market campaigns and build government-focused initiatives aligned with national cybersecurity priorities.

As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will:

  • Manage a lean in-house growth marketing team and coordinate with external agencies for scale and efficiency.
  • Drive strategy and execution across multiple marketing channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Deliver high-impact results, measuring success through key performance indicators and adjusting strategies accordingly.

The ideal candidate has 10-15 years of experience in B2B demand generation, a strong background in cybersecurity or GovTech, and proven skills in ABM, digital marketing, PR, and events.
