Lead a High-Performing Team and Drive Revenue Growth

We're seeking an experienced Team Lead to own our outbound cold-calling motion, leading a team of 10 Business Development Representatives (BDRs) focused on pipeline generation for our fastest-growing segment.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to take charge of a high-performing team, driving revenue growth and customer acquisition through strategic sales outreach. As a Team Lead, you'll be responsible for owning new revenue targets, leading your team to overachieve numbers, and ensuring a steady flow of quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for our Account Executives (AEs).

  • Owning New Revenue Targets: You'll be accountable for meeting and exceeding mid-market new revenue targets in India, taking ownership of everything required to achieve these goals.
  • Leading a High-Performing Team: You'll lead a team of 10 BDRs, coaching, supporting, and helping them crush their numbers.
  • Quality and Pitch Monitoring: You'll own quality and pitch monitoring for cold calls, continuously refining our prospecting playbook from outreach strategies and messaging to cold call scripts and flows.
