Job Title

  • The successful candidate will have expertise in AI tools, frameworks, and platforms, including OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and others. They will also have a strong understanding of AI concepts such as natural language processing, machine learning pipelines, large language model fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases.
  • Additionally, the candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to write detailed business requirements documents, product requirements documents, and user stories with technical depth. Experience working in Agile environments is also essential.
  • Key responsibilities will include:
  1. Developing and implementing AI-driven solutions for asset and wealth management clients;
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement data visualization and analysis tools;
  3. Providing technical leadership and guidance on AI-related projects;
  4. Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in AI and data science.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data science and business analysis;
  • At least 2 years of experience in AI/ML or Generative AI-related initiatives;
  • 5+ years of experience in data science (Python);
  • Proven experience in the Asset and Wealth Management industry;
  • Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and platforms;
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts such as NLP, machine learning pipelines, LLM fine-tuning, embeddings, and vector databases;
  • Ability to write detailed BRDs, PRDs, and user stories with technical depth;
  • Experience working in Agile environments;
  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one data visualization or analysis tool;
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
