Administrative Support Specialist for Vendor Management

We are seeking a skilled Administrative Support Specialist for Vendor Management to join our team at Verifitech Services - India.
The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative and vendor management roles, with strong organizational and time management skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining files, and organizing documents. They will also be responsible for managing vendor relationships and evaluating vendor performance, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, and resolving any billing issues.

- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Handle general office duties, such as answering phone calls, ordering office supplies, and managing office equipment.
- Assist in organizing company events and meetings.
- Provide support to the management team and other departments as needed.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in administrative and vendor management roles.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of vendor management best practices.
