Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and grow our ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

This role requires 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in a ServiceNow practice leader position in an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate industry expertise and understand market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Have deep knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap, as well as various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings.
  • Understand the ServiceNow system integrators ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
  • Manage global responsibilities including US, Europe, UK, and APAC regions.
  • Handle multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.

Delivery is also a key aspect of this role:

  • Successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT.
  • Develop proactive relationships with client stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on business and market conditions that affect clients' businesses.
  • Create innovative insights for customers and contribute to thought leadership documents.

Capability building is also essential:

  • Build expertise on new product areas and adjacencies.
  • Create thought leadership on product/process areas.
  • Develop new solutions, frameworks, points of view, and accelerators.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to define and enrich service offerings.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with sales teams to create proactive and reactive client propositions.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and content creation.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives.
  • Prior sales experience in global markets is a plus.
  • Responsible for talent planning, acquisition, and deployment.

As a leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Talent acquisition strategy and plan.
  • Working with talent acquisition for fulfillment.
  • Determining and deploying the right team with relevant skill sets to execute projects.

Finally, you will drive employee experience by:

  • High-touch employee engagement.
  • Mentoring budding and junior talent.
  • Identifying and grooming next-level leaders.
  • Creating a culture based on trust, innovation, and growth.
  • Building and sustaining high-performing teams in a hybrid environment.

Financial and operational effectiveness is also crucial:

  • Strong revenue and cost management expertise.
  • Operational efficiency on projects and internal initiatives.

As a seasoned professional, you should be comfortable working in a matrix organization with excellent communication and networking skills. You will manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment and have high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
