Job Title: ServiceNow GRC Professional

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow GRC Professional to fill a strategic role in our organization. This exciting opportunity involves working with ServiceNow GRC modules and contributing to operational and technical GRC initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • GRC Team Lead / Manager: Lead the GRC team strategically and operationally, act as primary contact for central risk and compliance functions, define KPIs, ensure audit-readiness, and manage the GRC roadmap, coordinate with Enterprise Risk Management.
  • ServiceNow GRC Architect / Lead Consultant: Provide technical leadership and design ServiceNow IRM/GRC platform architecture, oversee integrations, platform scalability, and security, collaborate with enterprise platform and security teams.
  • ServiceNow GRC Functional Consultant: Configure and implement ServiceNow GRC modules (IRM, Audit, Policy, Risk, Compliance), translate business requirements into workflows, support testing, training, and go-live activities, align implementations with regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOX, GDPR).
  • GRC / Risk & Compliance Analyst: Maintain risk registers, control libraries, and policy documentation, support audits, evidence collection, and control testing, generate dashboards and reports (e.g., risk heatmaps), liaise with business units on control responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in GRC, risk management, compliance, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow GRC modules is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.
