Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for performing Customs Trade HTS & ECCN Classification determinations for spare parts and other products.

Main Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Knowledge of advanced technologies and processes involved in semiconductor, flat panel, and solar cell manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with import and export trade compliance elements, including Harmonized Tariff Schedules, Export Classification Commodity Numbers, and Customs entry processes.
  • Able to demonstrate proficiency in conducting classification analysis using various trade tools, such as GRIs, CROSS rulings, WCO explanatory notes, and Export Regulations.
