  • Collaborate with the business development team to convert client needs into deliverables and drive growth.
  • Design efficient processes, monitoring systems, and client reporting tools.
  • Manage client relationships, audits, and consulting services with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance benchmarks, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.
