Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the preparation of meals in the hotel kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
- Manage and maintain the inventory of raw materials and ingredients, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available for food preparation.
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the kitchen, adhering to HACCP guidelines.
- Train and develop the skills of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are able to perform their duties to the highest standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel kitchen, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and presentation, with a focus on South Indian cuisine.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
