Operations Manager Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled operations manager to oversee vendor relationships, manage supply chains, and drive process improvements.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong coordination skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and compliance checks.
- Coordinate purchase orders, delivery follow-ups, and payment processing.
- Monitor vendor performance, SLAs, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor databases, contracts, and operational data.
- Support procurement team in negotiations and cost optimization initiatives.
- Collaborate with finance for invoice processing and payment cycles.
- Provide support in preparing management information reports and operational dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to established company policies and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations.
- 1–3 years of experience in vendor coordination, operations, or procurement.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
