We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at AdaniConneX. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, aligning their technical needs with our services, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of VMware products, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and monitor related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

You will be responsible for:

  • Building trust with clients through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
  • Understanding client needs and challenges, and aligning them with our services.
  • Managing client expectations and delivering results-oriented solutions.
Technical Expertise

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • In-depth knowledge of VMware products, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Level 3 understanding of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and OEM certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
Project Management

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing onboarding processes to ensure timely implementation of subscribed services.
  • Overseeing ongoing service delivery and monitoring related KPIs.
  • Identifying and managing risk and scope.
  • Reporting on service performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Communication and Collaboration

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical support and account management, preferably managed services.
