Account Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at AdaniConneX. This role will play a critical part in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
About the Role:
- We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned clients, aligning their technical needs with our services, and identifying opportunities for upselling additional services.
- This role requires a deep understanding of VMware products, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and monitor related Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship ManagementYou will be responsible for:
- Building trust with clients through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Understanding client needs and challenges, and aligning them with our services.
- Managing client expectations and delivering results-oriented solutions.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge of VMware products, Networking, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Level 3 understanding of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux) and OEM certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
You will be responsible for:
- Managing onboarding processes to ensure timely implementation of subscribed services.
- Overseeing ongoing service delivery and monitoring related KPIs.
- Identifying and managing risk and scope.
- Reporting on service performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with internal teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10+ years of experience in technical support and account management, preferably managed services.
