Job Title: IT Staffing Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced sales and business development professional to drive the growth of our company through identification and engagement of prospective clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the USA IT Staffing industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work with management to define the sales roadmap and engage with targets to build awareness, identify opportunities, develop a sales pipeline, and deliver revenue goals.
  2. Agree upon target and work towards achieving it. Be accountable for a revenue target as agreed with management.
  3. Deliver customized staffing solutions through a consultative sales approach.
  4. Research, market, and effectively present the company's services to new clients.
  5. Penetrate new business through calling, in-person meetings/presentations with key client managers and senior executives.
  6. Develop and maintain client relationships. Perform outbound calls to key decision-makers, build the relationship, follow up consistently, and obtain job orders and inquiries to provide staff for their company.
  7. Generate new business through telephone calls, emails, meetings, presentations, and participation in networking organizations/events.
  8. Client relationship management and client retention to ensure regular business from the new clients.
  9. Leverage Consultants existing business relationships, customer network, and contacts to open new business for the company and close deals.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting, or professional sales environment especially in technology, Banking, and Financial services area in the USA region.
  • Must have proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management.
  • A strong work ethic and sense of commitment.
  • Past history of exceeding personal individual goals while working in a global team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ATS knowledge.
  • Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment.
