Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts across various functions. This strategic role requires expertise in technology and manufacturing hiring, including workforce planning, candidate engagement, and ensuring hiring excellence that contributes directly to employee satisfaction and organizational growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for senior and critical roles.
- Niche Hiring: Proven experience in executive search, headhunting, and closing leadership/niche positions.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and future skill needs.
- Talent Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline for senior and critical roles.
- Innovative Sourcing Methods: Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., social platforms, professional communities, referrals, industry events, and AI-driven recruitment solutions).
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, engaging, and professional candidate journey.
- Interview & Screening Ownership: Take ownership of the screening process and first-round interviews.
- Mentorship & Performance Management: Guide and mentor junior recruiters and drive adoption of recruitment best practices.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Track recruitment metrics and integrate insights into decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 4–7 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Domain Exposure: Strong track record in technology, AI-driven roles, and manufacturing domains.
- Senior/Niche Hiring: Successful track record of closing mid-to-senior level positions.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business strategy and ability to map talent strategy to organizational goals.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and candidate engagement abilities.
- Problem-Solving Orientation: Innovative, energetic, and able to balance strategic focus with hands-on execution.
- Tech Savviness: Familiarity with AI-recruitment tools, sourcing analytics, and digital hiring strategies.
- Leadership: Ability to mentor and inspire others within the TA function.
