Senior Recruitment Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a high-performing recruitment team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Hiring Strategy: Develop and execute location-based hiring strategies to achieve staffing objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reporting and insights to inform recruitment sourcing and delivery strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, providing training and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in recruitment leadership, with expertise in recruitment operations, team management, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems, with experience in managing backend hiring processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
