Talent Acquisition Manager Job Description

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify future recruitment needs
  • Communicate effectively with hiring managers to ensure seamless recruitment processes
  • Analyze recruitment trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruitment strategies

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in search/RPO firms or excellent communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of professional networks and job portals
  • Head hunting skills and positive attitude towards work
  • Experience in engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and database management (ATS)
  • Boolean/advanced searches

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the recruitment process and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader business.
