Job Title:

Administrative Support Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure seamless facility, equipment, and utilities management.
  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and assets, maintaining accurate records of bills, payments, petty cash, and vendor contracts.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, service providers, and building management to guarantee timely delivery of services.
  • Arrange company travel, accommodations, and meeting logistics, maintaining accurate documentation and filing systems (physical & digital).
  • Support HR with onboarding/offboarding, employee attendance, and leave tracking, ensuring compliance with company policies and supporting internal audits.
  • Supervise housekeeping and maintain a clean and professional office environment, supporting internal teams with logistics for events, trainings, or reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, 3–5 years of proven experience in office administration or operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills:
  • Basic knowledge of office budgeting and vendor negotiations, familiarity with office management software or ERP systems.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment, strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
