We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team in a customer-facing role.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails with professionalism and poise.
- Assist with sales efforts by prospecting and following up on leads, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics by analyzing industry trends and best practices in customer service and sales.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Demonstrable knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, research capabilities, negotiation skills, and essential analytical capabilities.
