Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales coordination or receivables/accounts role
  • Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical machinery industry is a plus

Responsibility :

  1. Track and monitor outstanding receivables on a daily/weekly basis.
  2. Coordinate with customers to follow up on pending payments via phone, email, or official correspondence.
  3. Liaise between the sales team, finance, and clients to ensure smooth communication and resolution of payment-related queries.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to understand credit terms, invoicing details, and client relationships.
  5. Ensure all recovery activities comply with internal policies and customer agreements.
  6. Support the finance team during audits related to accounts receivable.
  7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  9. Experience with ERP systems (SAP / Tally )
  10. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive financial data
  11. Negotiation skills and ability to manage client relationships professionally
  12. Send payment reminders, account statements, and resolve invoice discrepancies
