Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

  • Key Responsibilities:

    1. Operational Management:

      The Back Office Incharge will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing insurance-related work, coordinating with team members, and developing processes to improve productivity.

    2. Process Improvement:

      The successful candidate will identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. This may involve analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and developing new procedures.

    3. Team Collaboration:

      The Back Office Incharge will work closely with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. This includes collaborating on projects, providing feedback, and supporting colleagues in their roles.

  • Requirements:

    • Educational Qualifications:

      A degree in any discipline is required. Relevant qualifications or certifications may be beneficial.

    • Work Experience:

      1-4 years of experience in a similar role is preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered if they have relevant skills and qualifications.
