We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to manage the front desk operations at our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of their queries and concerns.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting guests, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records and files.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and other tasks as required by the team.
- Develop and implement effective procedures for front desk operations to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 1-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in customer service, administration, and organization. They will be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Higher Secondary, Secondary School, or B.A. degree in a relevant field.
- 1-5 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong understanding of its applications and tools.
